R.J. Pineiro is a 35-year computer industry veteran, military researcher, and writer. He was born in Havana, Cuba and grew up amidst the civil wars of El Salvador before migrating to the United States. He holds a degree in computing and electrical engineering from Louisiana State University.
He is the author of 22 internationally acclaimed novels, including the military thrillers, Highest Law and Ultimatum. R.J. coauthored three novels with New York Times bestselling author Colonel David Hunt: Without Mercy, Without Fear, and Without Regret. His diverse works also include the psychological thrillers, Avenue of Regrets and Things We Cannot Unsee, and the global climate thriller, Chilling Effect.
RJ Transitioned to screenwriting in 2018, adapting many of his novels into film and television. His original screenplay, MOTIVES, is currently in preproduction with plans for filming in the winter of 2025. Also in preproduction is the film adaptation of his novel, AVENUE OF REGRETS, to be produced after MOTIVES.
R.J. is a private pilot, a SCUBA diver, holds a black-belt degree in martial arts, and is a firearms enthusiast -- Passions that allow him to infuse his novels with authenticity.

SEAN LOGAN - CREATIVE PRODUCER
Sean Logan is a Minneapolis native whose artistic journey began at the University of Minnesota, continued through a scholarship at the National Theater Conservatory in Denver, and culminated with an MFA from Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts. Now based in Brooklyn, NY, Sean has built a multifaceted career as an actor, writer, and script consultant.
His acting credits span Off-Broadway productions and independent films, most notably A Big Ball of Foil in a Small NY Apartment, an award-winning international short film he directed and starred in.
In addition to acting, Sean is an accomplished writer and script doctor. He has collaborated with production companies and independent creatives to shape a wide variety of projects—from adaptations to original screenplays. Multiple client’s scripts have won awards from script competitions. Projects have made the Red List multiple times.
He is a core contributor at IFT Network and co-leads a weekly writer’s room that supports the development of new work through readings and feedback.
His recent full feature screenplay Motives is currently financed and in preproduction to film this winter.
